Instructions
- In a medium bowl, add the heavy whipping cream, KETO:SWEET Allulose Sweetener and vanilla.
- Beat with a handheld mixer. Start out on low speed, then as mixture starts to double in volume, increase speed to high. Beat until stiff peaks form.
Notes
- Chilling the bowl and beaters in the freezer for 10 minutes prior to whisking will help the cream thicken more quickly as well as increase in volume
- Add any other ingredients to change the flavor of the whipped cream: a dash of cinnamon, a little lemon zest, or a pinch of nutmeg
